Denali Flavors began in 1988 with a passion for ice cream and determination to market a unique ice cream flavor, Moose Tracks.

As the Moose Tracks brand grew, the Denali Flavors team licensed the flavor across the US and Canada. Today, the flavor is available throughout North America in regional and private label brands.

As the company grows, so does our purpose. We are pleased to introduce Denali Brands, a company focused on the heart of our business: brands and licensing. Moose Tracks is more than just an ice cream flavor, so the company deserves a name that represents that.

Kenny Haller
President
Kenny has been enjoying Moose Tracks almost since its inception. His background is in the food industry, specifically ice cream and ingredients. His journey with Denali started as the manufacturing partner for Famous Moose Tracks Fudge before joining the Denali Team in 2009
Kenny is excited for the future of Moose Tracks and working with the talented team at Denali Brands and the growth of the Denali family of brands in ice cream and beyond!

Cam has been a Moose Tracks lover since grade school, and growing up, he occasionally filled the role of Tracks, our official Moose Tracks mascot.
With a background in tech and ice cream ingredient sales, Cam loves working with our partners to bring beloved Denali brands to the masses. He aims to redefine sweet moments and joy with Denali Brands and Moose Tracks Ice Cream.

Our Brands
Denali Flavors began in 1988 with Original Moose Tracks and soon launched a variety of licensed ice cream flavors, then called the Alaskan Classics. As the Moose Tracks brand grew, so did the opportunities. Today, Denali Brands licenses Moose Tracks and other classic flavors for regional and private label ice cream brands, as well as other avenues like protein powder, apparel, and more.
Moose Tracks®
The flavor that started it all, Original Moose Tracks is the unmistakable combination of vanilla ice cream, melt-in-your-mouth peanut butter cups, and famous Moose Tracks® fudge.
Caramel Caribou®
A Denali classic that is so popular, it’s also offered in an indulgent salty version, Caramel Caribou is toffee flavored ice cream with caramel-filled cups and Denali® caramel!
Bear Claw®
A Denali Classic, Bear Claw is dark chocolate ice cream with choco-coated cashews and Denali® caramel. Today, it can be found in private label brands in the US. It’s rich, nutty, and iconic!
Otter Paws®
You’ll go nuts for this Denali Classic flavor. Otter Paws is vanilla ice cream with choco-coated pecans and Denali® caramel.
